Paulo Cesar Copque
Paulo Cesar Copque began his soccer journey with Palmeiras' youth team before training professionally at São Paulo F.C. He played in the inaugural match at the Frederico Antonio Germano Menzen Training Center (CT da Barra Funda) and competed for The Strongest of Bolivia and other major clubs.
Coaching Experience
Paulo transitioned from player to coach, leading teams such as América de São José do Rio Preto and AD Guarulhos. His career spans 24 countries, gaining international expertise that he now applies to developing young athletes.
Leading With Global Experience
Now based in the United States, Paulo serves as Sports Director, bringing his global experience to BILU International Soccer Academy. His leadership focuses on training excellence and character development to create future champions.
